   – We offer a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g., loose stitching, broken components).
   – The warranty starts from the date of delivery.
2. Not Covered
   – General wear and tear, accidental damage, exposure to water, or misuse.
   – Color fading over time due to exposure to light or moisture.
3. Claim Process
   – Email support@shokshilpo.com with clear photos and your order number.
   – We will assess and, if eligible, provide a free repair, replacement, or refund.
