We want you to love what you receive from Shokshilpo. However, if something’s not right, here’s our policy:

1. Return Window
   – You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
   – Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   – Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
   – Sale/discounted items are also not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
   – Email support@shokshilpo.com with your order number and reason for return.
   – Upon approval, send the item back at your cost (unless the item is defective).
   – Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or replacement within 7 working days.
